Divorce Planning

Often, clients like to consult with an attorney to determine whether or not to proceed with divorce. During this consultation, we help a client understand the divorce process. We also discuss with the client what his/her life would be like after divorce, both in terms of financial issues and child-related concerns. Finally, we help a client assess how they could make changes to better prepare for the divorce.
